| The following resolutions have been adopted: |

Thank the Rajiv Vidya Mission for its support to construct toilet blocks and provide drinking water in six municipal schools in Gudur town. |

Thank the schools which have admitted the children adopted by the trust. |
| |

| 3. |
Thank Trustee P.C. Reddy for agreeing to develop and maintain the website of the trust. |

| 4. |
Thank Bommireddy Suresh and family members for donating a sum of Rs.4,00,000 (Rupees Four Lakhs Only) as corpus to the trust. |
| |

| 5. |
Invite sponsors to support the children adopted by the trust. Each sponsor can adopt one child for one year by donating a sum of Rs.10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to Dream India Foundation. |

| 6. |
Alternatively the sponsor can support the child for his/ her entire schooling (from I std to X std) by donating a sum of Rs.70,000 (Rupees Seventy Thousand Only) to Dream India Foundation. |

| 7. |
To give the contract of constructing toilet blocks to Mr. Krishna Murthy, while the architectural design is to be provided by the trustee M. Dayakar Reddy. |

To hold regular trust meeting on the third Sunday of January, April, July and October at a place of convenience. |
